No. We offer supportive resources, grounding tools, and artful comfort. We are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or therapeutic care.
Are your resources only for beginners?
No. Our work is built to be accessible for beginners and meaningful for experienced meditators too.

How do digital downloads work?
After purchase, you immediately receive a link to download your files. You can save them and print them at home, or use them on your device, depending on the product (For example, we wouldn't recommend using your device for reading a zine).
What is your return policy?
Digital products are generally non refundable once downloaded, but if something is wrong with the file, we will fix it.
For physical items, if something arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out with a photo and we'll make it right.
